In our workshops, we prioritise predictive, corrective, and preventive maintenance scheduling, ensuring the reliability and safety of our buses. Led by experienced senior management actively involved in industry safety panels and advisory roles, we take a proactive approach to maintaining our fleet and depots.

Through proactive risk management strategies, we consistently enhance safety equipment and refine workshop processes to ensure the utmost safety for both our passengers and staff. Activities including vehicle pre-departure checks, performed by trained staff, adhere rigorously to contractual and safety standards.

As an ARCTICK approved repairer, our workshops are staffed by trades-certified professionals who conduct air conditioning servicing and repairs to the highest standards. Leveraging tools such as Driver Kiosks and tyre pressure monitoring and more, we prioritise vehicle safety and passenger comfort. Our maintenance program underscores our commitment to excellence, with Busways achieving a defect-free rate of 98.2% in the Central Coast region.
